All jewellery is packed in organza bags and rigid boxes for protection, gift boxes can be added when ordering. All items come with a certificate of authenticity.

How do I know when my order has shipped?
Your order will be packed and posted within 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders are shipped from Melbourne metro area.
I send out an email with your tracking number attached when your order is ready for shipping so that you can keep an eye on your delivery. If you don't receive it, please check your junk folder. You should also receive an email from Australia Post. Please keep an eye on the tracking information.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

All items are sent with Australia Post Parcel Post. Please keep an eye on the tracking of your order, and if there are any issues, please firstly contact Australia Post with your tracking number. If there are any issues, please let me know.
Shipping times vary, please keep an eye on the tracking number you receive in your shipping email.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Millefiori Murano does not charge or collect these costs and is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
